Dürüm tortilla filled with red bean salad

Time to get started
- Pour a can of red beans into a Colander and rinse under cold water. Drain.
- Meanwhile, cut all the vegetables into cubes and put them in a salad bowl.
- Add the red beans.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a separate bowl and pour over the salad.
- Just mix everything together and serve!

- 1 red onion cut in cans
- 1/2 a bunch of flat-leaf parsley finely chopped
- 1 green pepper cut into small cubes
- 1 red pepper cut into cubes
- 2 pickles cut into cubes
- For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoons of Miras Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. of pomegranate syrup
- 1 tsp. of Miras Pul Biber
- 1 tsp. of Miras Mustard Powder
- Salt
